Gordon Kirkland On Stage Gordon Kirkland brings his stories to life in a stage performance to combines his comedic talents with his ability to enthrall an audience with his conversational, storytelling style. As Reader's Digest said, he speaks to his audiences "as if talking to old friends." His friend, For Better or For Worse creator Lynn Johnson, says that Gordon's stage presence is "a farce to be reckoned with!" Whether in a tiny bookstore with just a few people in the audience, or in a large theatre setting in front of hundreds, Gordon treats his audiences the same. "If someone has taken time away from their lives to come and see me perform," he says,"it would be totally impolite of me to not give them my very best performance, and, as we all know, Canadians are so polite we apologize if someone steps on our foot."
