Other Writing Gordon Kirkland has written for consumer publications, trade magazines, and collections for publishers in Canada, the United States, India, and elsewhere. Most of this writing has been humorous articles that focus on medical and disability isses or writing instruction, however they have included everything from heavy construction to astronomy. In addition, Gordon wrote the syndicated newspaper column, Gordon Kirkland At Large, which got its start in the Moncton (New Brunswick) Times & Transcript in August of 1994, and eventually ran in dozens of newspapers across the United States and Canada, until September of 2007.
